HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK?
Our clients wear a neck or wrist pendant and in the case of an emergency, the client simply presses the button on the pendant. VitalCall does the rest. A two-way voice link is established between the client and our Chubb Monitoring Centre staff. We follow the response plan that was arranged in advance with our customer. It may be a neighbour, a family member, Ambulance, Patrol Response, the Police or Fire Brigade.

CAN I SEE THE SYSTEM WORKING BEFORE SIGNING A SERVICE AGREEMENT?
Yes, VitalCall provides potential clients with a no obligation, free home demonstration. If the service meets your expectations, a full installation can be completed at the same time. An installation fee would then apply.

WHAT IS THE EFFECTIVE RANGE OF THE PENDANT?
The range of pendants vary depending on the unit installed and in some cases structure of the house. VitalCall pendants, in most cases have a minimum range of 50 metres in open space. The range of the pendant in your own home can be tested during the demonstration by a VitalCall representative.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY VITALCALL UNIT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY?
VitalCall servicing is included in the cost of monitoring. If you find that your VitalCall unit is not working as expected, just phone VitalCall's customer service team. In most cases the problem can be resolved over the phone. Where the unit cannot be repaired by phone, VitalCall will replace the unit at no cost.

CAN I WEAR THE VITALCALL PENDANT IN THE SHOWER?
The Vitalcall pendant can be worn at all times including in the shower.
